Roleplay Department
Thalanaar is a heavy roleplay guild with four years of genuine history, and many years of history as told on our story pages and in our player-driven roleplay forums. The Roleplay Department builds the history of the guild based on sources of official lore, and the character histories and events recorded on our forums. Their responsibilities include scheduling and oversight for all roleplay projects for the guild to ensure stories will not conflict, and offering regular opportunities for members to contribute, in order to provide the very best story for Thalanaar as a whole.

Human Resources
The Human Resources Department will ensure that all members and prospective members meet or exceed the expectations for standards established in the guild charter, and make avaiable whatever needed support and assistance members require at all levels. Specific responsibilities include interviews, invitation and formal induction of all new members, as well as contacting the guild leader to approve forum registration. Formal induction concludes when the character has been to the Lariss Pavilion for the induction, has registered to the website, and has listed their skills in their Public Note on the in-game guild roster, and requires the coordination of Admissions, Development and the Roleplay Department.

Raiding Coordinator
The heart of our endeavors is to see new content, and to explore it with our roleplay firmly intact. Thalanaar continues to serve as a guild capable of enjoying high-end content, while still roleplaying and enjoying the game our way. To ensure that the spirit of roleplay remains healthy and alive, we have appointed officers at key levels to deal with the problems and issues specific to certain raiding experiences. These coordinators have the very challenging task of meeting the needs of all members within their level range, which will include instruction, providing research information and actual time spent leading raids.
